Ostraka, the daily cultural investigation

Ostraka is a free daily cultural investigation game: every day, a memory disappears (a famous person, a place, a work, an event…). Three short workshops each reveal a trace; find the memory with as few traces as possible.

How to play

1. Every day, a memory disappears: a place, a work, a famous person… It is broken into three fragments.
2. Each workshop you finish, solved or not, restores a fragment and reveals a trace: a place, a date, a person…
3. After each trace, only one guess: moving on to the next workshop means giving it up. Found with one trace, it's the Gold crest; with two, Silver; with three, Bronze.
4. The picture is deliberately off: the Archive has misunderstood the memory. Trust the traces first.
5. Found: its card joins your collection. Missed: it stays tarnished there, without a crest, but you still get the explanation.
